Education Qualification
For Translator :
- (A) Essential Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University.
- (B) Computer Qualification: A candidate must possess a certificate regarding Basic Knowledge of Computer as prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
For Stenographer :
- English Stenographer Grade-II (Class-Il): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government. Speed in English Short Hand 120 w.p.m. Basic knowledge of Computer Operation is essential as per Government Resolution dated 13/08/2008. Sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati & Hindi Language.
- English Stenographer Grade – III (Class-III): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government. Speed in English Short Hand 100 w.p.m. Basic knowledge of Computer Operation is essential as per Government Resolution dated 13/08/2008. Sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati & Hindi Language.

- Minimum Age Limit : 18 Year
- Maximum Age Limit : 35 Year
